The Super Area Wastage: Typically, most buildings in Gurgaon would have a super area wastage of about 35% to 40%, which means that if you sign up for 10,000 sq.ft. of Super Area, you are likely to get an effective area of anywhere between 6,000 to 6,500 sq.ft.
